Welcome!

I am a student enrolled in the Lamar University online Superintendent certification program.  As part of the coursework, we are required to have a blog.  I am currently an elementary school principal, and I have a blog on my district website, but this will be my first blog that is non-work related.  Utilizing blogs as a collaboration tool and support tool will be very beneficial.  I look forward to developing this blog in the near future!
